Health Tip: Food Balance
What i write here is based on the info i got, from the cafeteria of the factory where i work parttime. The info was written in Jpn, i just write it to English.
In general, food can be categorized into 3 kinds.
A. 主食 (Principal food): Food like rice, bread, grains, …
B. 主菜 (Main dish): meat, fish, egg, …
C. 副菜 (Secondary dish): Vegetables, fruits, …
The balance between the three should be like this.
A : B : C = 3 : 1 : 2
The 3 meals of the day is important. We should not esp skip breakfast. It will help us gain wait easier without breakfast.
